1、高效轉染——采用上市20年的Lonza(原Amaxa)專(zhuān)利Nucleofector細胞核轉染技術(shù),結合優(yōu)化的電轉染程序、細胞特異性轉染試劑、無(wú)鋁離子毒害的新型聚合物電極,同時(shí)提高細胞轉染效率和轉染后細胞活率。
2、快速優(yōu)化——真正的96個(gè)孔獨立轉染,可用于不同細胞轉染或同一細胞不同轉染條件的摸索,通過(guò)較低的細胞、轉染試劑、轉染耗材成本,短時(shí)間快速推進(jìn)實(shí)驗進(jìn)程。
3、兼容性——96孔模塊摸索的轉染條件,可方便地應用于4D核轉儀的X模塊和LV大體積轉染模塊、或Lonza 384孔高通量轉染系統,簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)現轉染規模的線(xiàn)性放大。
